2. Trial Service Description

Riptide Solutions offers trial versions of our software applications for evaluation purposes. Trial accounts include:

  • 7-Day Trial Period: Full access to application features for 7 days from registration
  • 30-Day Grace Period: Read-only access to your data for 30 days after trial expiration
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to invite team members to collaborate during the trial period
  • No Credit Card Required: Trial access does not require payment information

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • One trial per email address per application
  • You may not share your account credentials with others
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You may not use another person's account without permission

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

5. Intellectual Property

  • Our trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of Riptide Solutions
  • You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent

5.2 Your Content

  • You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you submit to our services
  • By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it to provide our services
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content to our services

6. Trial Data and Termination

6.1 Trial Expiration

  • After 7 days, your trial account will expire and transition to read-only access
  • During the 30-day grace period, you can view and export your data
  • After the grace period, your data may be permanently deleted

6.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Pose a security risk to our systems or other users

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIPTIDE SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Service interruptions, delays, or errors
  • Damages exceeding $100 USD

8.3 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that our services will:
